Without his help we would have probably given up and not purchased 350 cm of drawers shelving etc.

It was explained that this was a new idea, and I for one think it is brilliant; having someone who can visualise the finished article, which in turn takes the pressure from the purchaser who is genuinely worried about making a mistake has to be great for customer satisfaction.
